1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained
8 ounces water chestnuts, canned, chopped fine
1 package Knorr vegetable soup and recipe mix, dry

Mix. Serve chilled. Store in refrigerator.
