CARROT BAKE 
5 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. crumbled corn flakes
1/3 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheese
4 c. sliced carrots, cooked & drained

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in pan, add corn flakes and mix. Melt 3 tablespoons butter in large pan. Add onion. Cook until tender. Add flour, salt, pepper and milk, stir until smooth. Add cheese, remove and add carrots. Put in baking dish, top with buttered corn flake crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Serves 6 to 8.
