CHOPSTICK CRAB 
This recipe is from the crab place in Crisfield, Maryland.

1 lb. lump crab meat
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of Tabasco sauce
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups chow mein noodles, divided
1/2 cup half & half
1 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup salted cashews

Break crab meat into bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco sauce. Toss gently. Add celery onions, and cashews and 1 cup chow mein noodles to the cream of mushroom soup. Add half & half. Toss lightly with crab meat. Place in individual crab or shell dishes. Sprinkle remaining noodles on top.

Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes or until heated through.

Garnish with mandarin orange sections.
