“CLASSIC GERMAN BURGERS” IS IN:

CLASSIC GERMAN BURGERS 
2 lb. lean ground beef
1 medium onion minced
3 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
butter, for frying
2 large onions, thinly sliced in rings

Combine burger ingredients and shape into 6 patties.

Fry in melted butter until desired doneness. Remove and keep warm. Fry onions in pan drippings until golden.
