SLOW COOKER GERMAN POTATO SALAD | |
4 to 6 cups sliced potatoes 1/2 chopped onion 1/2 cup sliced celery 1/4 cup chopped green pepper 1/4 cup vinegar 2 to 3 tbsp. sugar 1/4 cup oil 4 to 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled 1/4 cup chopped parsley Combine all but the last two ingredients in a large slow cooker. Salt and pepper to taste. Set slow cooker on HIGH setting and cook for 6 to 7 hours. When done, add the bacon and parsley. Mix well throughout, and serve warm. Submitted by: Judy Brannock |
