GREENS WITH SMALL MEATBALLS 
1/2 lb. ground meat
1 egg
Bread crumbs
Salt and pepper
Greens (any kind)
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Blanch greens in boiling water for short time. Take greens out of water and set aside. Mix meat, egg, bread crumbs and seasonings. Make into small meatballs. Fry meatballs. Put meatballs in saucepan, add 1 can tomato sauce and some water from greens. Cook about 1/2 hour. Add greens and cook for short time.
