BARBECUED SHRIMP 
3 lbs. med. or lg. shrimp
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 sticks butter
3 tsp. barbecue spice
3 tbsp. hot creole sauce
5 pods garlic (optional)
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/4 c. cooking oil

Mix all ingredients except shrimp in a Pyrex dish and melt. Add shrimp and stir well. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, stirring once or twice while cooking. Note: A glass baking dish should be used.
