JAN'S BARBEQUE SHRIMP 
Med. or lg. shrimp
butter
Minced garlic
Minced onions
Cayenne pepper
Salt
2 lemons

All ingredients to taste. First add water to bottom of broiler pan. Take shrimp (unpeeled) and place on broiler pan. Place pats of butter on top of shrimp. The dry ingredients are to your taste. Sprinkle over shrimp. Lastly squeeze lemons over shrimp. Put under broiler until shrimp turns pink. Juice that remains serve with shrimp.
