BARBECUED SHRIMP 
5 lbs. raw shrimp, deheaded
3 to 4 sticks butter
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. onion salt
2 tbsp. barbecue spices
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. oregano

Melt butter in large saucepan. Add shrimp in 1 layer. Combine all seasonings and sprinkle generously on each shrimp. Bake in oven, at 350 degrees, for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until shrimp are pink, turning once with spoon. Serve hot with French bread.
