IRISH CHOCOLATE BALLS 
1/2 lb. melted butter
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) graham crackers, crushed
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 c. flaked coconut
1 c. finely chopped nuts
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

CHOCOLATE COATING:

1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. butterscotch chips
1/2 bar paraffin wax

Melt butter and peanut butter. Mix thoroughly into other ingredients. Shape into balls and chill in refrigerator about 1/2 to 1 hour. Place on cookie sheet.

Melt all ingredients for chocolate coating in double boiler. Use toothpick or fork to dip balls into chocolate mixture. Set on waxed paper to cool.

Makes about 4 dozen.
