HOT ROLLS
2 c. water
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. sugar
5 to 6 c. flour
6 tbsp. oil

Start by using 1/2 cup of warm water with yeast in it (2 packages), dissolved.

In large bowl just 1 teaspoon salt and 5 tablespoons sugar, add 6 tablespoons of oil, stir well then add remaining 1 1/2 cups of water mixing well and yeast mixture. Then add flour, one cup at a time, mixing everything together. Knead about 5 minutes. Oil a large bowl and put dough in rubbing a little oil on top of dough.

Cover and let rise until double in bulk in a warm area. After dough has risen put on well floured board and knead about 10 minutes and then form balls and put into well oiled pan. Turn dough over so they will be oiled on top. Let rise until double in bulk. Cook in 350 degree oven until browned on top (about 12 to 15 minutes).
