NANA'S HOT ROLLS 
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
2 c. warm milk
6 1/2 c. flour (6 c. while mixing; Add 1/2 c. while rolling out)

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add salt, oil, sugar and beaten egg. Add flour and warm milk a little bit at a time. Mix thoroughly and knead several times. Let rise in big mixing bowl. Cover with a damp cloth. Ready in 1 1/2 hours. Punch down and knead a little. Pinch off, make a roll and place on greased pan, let rise 1 more time (1 to 1 1/2 hours). Place in 350 degree oven about 15 minutes.
