GRAPE-NUT PUDDING 
2 1/2 tbsp. Minute tapioca
2 c. cold water
1/2 c. raisins
Dash of salt
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. Grape-Nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook tapioca in water until transparent, about 10 minutes. Add raisins and sugar. Cook 10 minutes more. Remove from fire, add salt, Grape-Nuts and flavoring. Serve with cream, if desired.
