GRAPE NUT PUDDING 
2 c. milk, scalded
1/2 c. Grape Nuts
1 beaten egg
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
Salt
Vanilla

Add Grape Nuts to scalded milk; cool. Add remaining ingredients and pour in a buttered baking dish. Place dish in pan of hot water. Bake in moderate oven until firm, 350 degrees.
