GRAPE-NUTS CEREAL 
2 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. cornmeal
2 c. rolled oats
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1 c. dark brown sugar
2 c. buttermilk
1 c. dark molasses

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In large mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, cornmeal and rolled oats; mix well.

In separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add brown sugar; mix well. Add to grain mixture.

In separate bowl, combine buttermilk and molasses. Add to grain mixture; blend well. Spread mixture on flat cookie sheet. Bake 1 hour.

Cool mixture for at least 1 hour. Grind in food grinder. Return to 300 degree oven to toast lightly and allow cereal to dry well. Store in airtight container.
