GRAPE-NUT PUDDING 
1 1/2 c. milk
2 beaten eggs
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. Grape-Nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Heat the milk in double boiler. Add the eggs, sugar, Grape-Nuts and the vanilla. Stir into mix the salt. Cover and cook over hot water for 20 minutes without lifting cover. Serve warm or cold with whipped cream or ice cream.
