MINNESTRONE 
1/4 c. Wesson oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
2 (6 oz.) cans Hunts tomato paste
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef flavored broth
2 1/2 qt. water
1 c. chopped cabbage
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas & carrots
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. rosemary leaves
1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans, not drained
1 c. elbow macaroni
Grated Parmesan cheese

Cook garlic, onion and celery in Wesson oil in large kettle. Stir in Hunts tomato paste and next 7 ingredients. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer slowly 1 hour. Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Cook 15 minutes longer. Garnish with Parmesan cheese. Serves 8.
