ORIENTAL CASSEROLE 
1 lb. mixed meat (beef, pork, veal, etc.)
1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. fat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
Small can of mushrooms, drained
3 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut the meat in small pieces and roll in flour; then brown in fat or oil. Mix with all the other ingredients in casserole dish and bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Bake covered and remove the cover the last 15 minutes.
