CHEESE AND PASTA - IN - A - POT 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 med. onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 (14 oz.) jar Ragu
1 (1 lb.) can stewed tomatoes
3 oz. can sliced mushrooms
8 oz. shell macaroni
1 1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 lb. sliced Provolone cheese
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced

Cook ground beef in large pan until brown; drain. Add onions, garlic, Ragu, stewed tomatoes, and mushrooms. Mix well and simmer 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook macaroni shell; drain and rinse.

Pour 1/2 the shells into deep casserole. Cover with half of the tomato/meat sauce. Spread 1/2 of the sour cream over sauce and top with slices of Provolone cheese. Repeat, ending with slices of Mozzarella cheese.

Cover casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove cover and continue baking until Mozzarella cheese melts and brown slightly. Serves 8.
