CHEESE AND PASTA POT 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 med. onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 (14 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, undrained
1 (8 oz.) box seashell macaroni
1 1/2 pts. sour cream
8 oz. provolone cheese, sliced
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded

Brown and drain beef. Add onions, garlic, spaghetti sauce, tomatoes and mushrooms. Simmer 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook macaroni and drain. Grease 9x13 casserole dish. Layer 1/2 of noodles, meaty sauce, sour cream and cheese. Repeat, topping off with cheese. Cover and bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove cover and bake 5 more minutes.
