CHEESE PASTA IN A POT 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 jar Ragu sauce (32 oz.)
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
1/4 lb. provolone cheese
1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1 lb. med. sized shell macaroni
1 pt. sour cream

Cook ground beef until brown, drain. Add onions, garlic, Ragu, tomatoes and mushrooms. Mix well and simmer for 20 minutes. Meanwhile cook shells. Drain and rinse. Pour half of shells in a large casserole dish. Cover with half the meat mixture. Spread half of the sour cream over sauce. Top with provolone cheese. Repeat shells, meat mixture, sour cream and then top with Mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Remove cover and continue baking until the cheese melts and browns lightly.
