OATMEAL PANCAKES 
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. oats
1 c. skim milk
2 tbsp. oil or melted butter
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg

Beat all ingredients in a medium bowl with hand beater until smooth. Grease a heated griddle, if necessary. For each pancake pour abut 1/4 cup of batter onto hot griddle. Cook until pancakes are puffed and dry on edges. Turn and cook other side until golden. Makes 10 to 12 pancakes.
