SQUASH MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg
1 c. squash
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix butter, egg, squash, and milk. Add dry ingredients. Put in muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. May add 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
