2 sticks butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. buttermilk

Melt and bring to a boil butter and water. Add cocoa. Cool a little, then add flour, sugar, salt, eggs, vanilla, vinegar, sour cream or buttermilk. Butter and flour cookie sheet and bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.

Glaze:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Bring to a boil butter, cocoa and milk. Add powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts. Put in while hot.
