TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
Cake:

2 sticks butter
1 cup water
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sour cream
2 eggs

Icing:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box confectioners sugar
1 cup walnuts, chopped

Cake: Bring butter, water, and cocoa to a boil. Add flour, sugar, soda, salt, sour cream, and eggs to boiled mixture. Pour into a well greased and floured jelly roll pan.

Bake for 20 minutes in a 375°F oven.

Icing: Bring butter, cocoa, and milk to a boil. Remove from heat and add vanilla, confectioners sugar, and walnuts. Pour over cake while warm.
