HEALTHY WHOLE WHEAT BANANA BREAD 
2 cups whole-wheat flour
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 cup vegetable oil
8 oz. unsweetened apple sauce
1/2 to 2/3 cup brown sugar (or Splenda mix)
2 tsp. honey
2 eggs
3 very ripe bananas
2/3 cup toasted chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix flour, wheat germ, oatmeal, salt and baking soda.

In separate bowl mix oil, apple sauce, brown sugar, honey, eggs, vanilla and mashed bananas.

Mix all together. Stir in nuts.

Bake in loaf pan at 350°F for about 55 minutes.
