ROCKY ROAD FUDGE 
2 pkgs. chocolate chips (12 oz. total)
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. dry roasted peanuts
1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows

In saucepan, melt chocolate chips with Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk and butter. In large bowl, combine peanuts and marshmallows. Pour chocolate mixture into nut mixture; mix well. Spread into wax paper lined 13"x9" pan. Chill 2 hours.
