WHOLE WHEAT APPLESAUCE CUPCAKES 
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. applesauce
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon

Oil and flour muffin tins or use individual baking cups. Cream the oil and sugar together and mix in applesauce and baking soda. Add flour and cinnamon, blending thoroughly. Pour the batter in tins. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
