1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 eggs
1 c. applesauce
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Mix butter and sugar until fluffy. Stir in peanut butter and eggs. Beat until smooth. Stir in applesauce. Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended. Spoon mixture into muffin tin papers. Fill 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool on cake racks. These are good!
