BREAD DRESSING WITH PORK SAUSAGE 
2 to 3 loaves bread, broken and dried
2 lb. pork sausage, seasoned with sage
1 tsp. rosemary
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
Water

Mix until semi-dry, not pasty; bake 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours covered (uncover the last 30 minutes).
