PINEAPPLE PUDDING 
1 stick butter
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
5 c. sliced cubed white bread (crust left on, just break up the bread)

Cream sugar and butter, add eggs one at a time and mix well after each egg. Add the pineapple (juice and all). Fold in the cubed bread. Put in greased casserole and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
