PINEAPPLE BREAD PUDDING 
2 c. sugar
1/2 lb. butter
8 eggs
2 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple (& juice)
10 slices bread, cubed

Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and beat. Add pineapple and bread cubes. Put into a 3 quart greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

Don't cover. Don't drain pineapple.

FOR SMALLER FAMILY:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
6 slices bread, cubed

Follow above directions, except use 1 1/2 quart dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
