MENEHUNE PINEAPPLE BREAD PUDDING | |
4 eggs 1 c. sugar 1/4 c. butter, melted 2 tbsp. flour 1 (15 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple, in its own juice 4 slices white or whole wheat bread Beat eggs slightly in a medium size bowl. Stir in sugar, butter, flour and pineapple. Stir in bread cubes. Pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Super with a topping of cool whipped cream or sour cream and a sprinkling of brown sugar. |
