2 boxes lime Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 heaping tbsp. mayonnaise
1 (12 oz.) pkg. cottage cheese
1 lb. can crushed pineapple (drained)
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Dissolve Jello in hot water. When Jello begins to set, add cheese and mayonnaise. Beat with mixer until fluffy and cheese has been broken up. Stir in pineapple and nuts by hand. Pour in pan and let set. Cut in squares.
