PINEAPPLE, LIME, CHEESE SALAD 
6 oz. lime Jello
2 c. hot water
2 c. cold water
Pineapple juice
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. sm. marshmallows

Mix hot water with lime Jello. In hot Jello mix cream cheese with beater until cheese is in small pieces. Drain pineapple, put juice in cup and fill with cold water. Add the second cup of cold water to Jello mixture. Add pineapple and marshmallows. Stir and pour into mold. Chill until set.
