APPLE CRISP 
4 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
5 c. diced apples

Mix first 5 ingredients. Divide in half. Place first half in bottom of 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees press down lightly and put apples on top of hot crumbs. Put second half of crumbs on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
