APPLE CRISP 
1 c. soft butter
2 c. flour
2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix well and press half crumbs in greased pan. Top with 6-8 cups sliced and peeled apples. Sprinkle on 2 tablespoons cinnamon and 1 cup sugar. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
