APPLE CRISP 
3 c. sliced apples
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oatmeal

Arrange apples, flour and sugar in buttered baking dish. (Makes small cake pan. Double recipe for 9 x 13 inch pan.) Top with brown sugar, flour, butter and oatmeal mixed to a crumbly mixture. Bake in oven 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees or until apples are tender and top is golden brown. Serve plain or with whipped cream or ice cream.
