RANGER COOKIES | |
1 c. butter 1 c. white sugar 1 c. well packed brown sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 2 c. rolled oats 2 c. Rice Krispies or cornflakes 1 c. shredded coconut Cream shortening, add sugars and eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Combine flour, baking soda and baking powder and salt. Mix. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop by spoonful on greased cookie sheet. Press flat with a fork. Bake 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees. |
