HOLIDAY TARTS 
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
3 eggs
1/2 c. grape juice
1/2 c. candied pineapple
1/2 c. candied cherries
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. nut meats
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Mix spices in sugar, add eggs and stir vigorously. Add all other ingredients. Cook in double boiler until thick. Store indefinitely.

Put in small baked tart shells (this is very rich). Serve warm. Top with cherry and nut meat. (May be whipped cream). (At Christmas, it's pretty to garnish with live holly.)
