SPAGHETTI HOT DISH 
3 tbsp. salad oil
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 c. hot water
1 can tomato soup
1 qt. jar spaghetti sauce
1 lg. pkg. lasagna noodles
1 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Heat oil, add beef, pepper, onions, celery and salt. Saute until brown. Spoon off fat. Stir in olives, mushrooms, with liquid, soup, water, and spaghetti sauce. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes. Cook noodles according to directions. Put in large roasting pan or divide into two 3 quart casseroles. Add meat sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered for 10 more minutes. 14 to 16 servings.
