1 box of yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs

FILLING MIX:

8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 lb. powdered sugar

Mix together yellow cake mix, the stick of butter and the eggs. Blend well and spread into a greased and floured cake pan. Mix together the cream cheese, eggs and powdered sugar. Pour this over the cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Let cool before slicing.
