1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 (11 oz.) can fruit cocktail & juice

Mix and bake at 350 degrees in preheated oven 25-30 minutes in 2 layers.

ICING:

1 lg. Cool Whip
20 oz. can crushed pineapple & juice
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding, dry

Mix and cover cake. Store overnight in refrigerator and serve.
