HUNGARIAN POTATOES 
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, quartered
2 tbsp. butter
4 c. potatoes, sliced
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 c. boiling water

Mix the first four ingredients. Layer onion, tomatoes, potatoes and flour mixture. Repeat. Dot with butter. Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water and pour over layered casserole. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes covered, uncover and bake an additional 1/2 hour.
