HUNGARIAN POTATO SOUP 
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 med. potatoes, diced
1/4 c. flour
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
2 1/2 c. milk

Cook onion and butter until tender. Add potatoes, salt and 1 cup water. Cover and cook 15 minutes. Blend flour, paprika and sour cream until smooth. Stir into potato mixture. Add milk and heat until boiling. Stir 1 minute.
