HUNGARIAN CABBAGE SOUP 
2 tbsp. chopped chuck
1 med. onion, diced (2 c.)
2 cans whole tomatoes (1 lb. 12 oz. size)
3 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 - 3 lbs. cabbage, cut into 1 inch squares
46 oz. can tomato juice

In a soup pot. brown chopped chuck and onions until onions are soft and transparent. Crush tomatoes by hand, then add to the meat mixture. Add spices and stir. Add cabbage and cover with tomato juice, simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours till cabbage is tender.
