EGG-SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
6 c. Rice Krispies
2 lbs. sausage
1 onion, chopped
2 c. cooked Minute rice
3 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 cans cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk

Fry sausage and onion; drain. Combine well the eggs, soup, and milk. Arrange in layers in 9x13 inch pan: cereal, meat mixture, rice, cheese, soup mixture. Sprinkle top with a little cereal. Bake at 325 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Cover with foil to let stand 15 more minutes. Cut in squares to serve. Serves about 15.
