NIGHT BEFORE EGG & SAUSAGE
DELIGHT
 
8 slices bread
2 lbs. sausage
4 eggs, beaten
1 can mushroom soup
2 1/4 c. milk
1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
Onion, chopped (opt.)

Butter bread on both sides and lay it flat in a 9"x13" pan, greased or you can cube the bread, either way. Fry up sausage and onions; drain and put over bread. Put cheese on top of that. Then mix eggs, milk, mushroom soup together and pour over the top and put in refrigerator, covered, overnight. Bake next day. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6 to 8.
