EGG BAKE 
2 1/2 c. herb croutons
2 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar)
8 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 lbs. pork sausage (fried or cooked)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk

Layer as follows:

1. Croutons

2. Cheese

3. Sausage

Repeat.

Mix 8 eggs, 3/4 teaspoon mustard, 2 1/2 cups milk. Pour egg and mustard over layers. Top with mushroom soup and milk mixture. Bake 1 1/2 hours, 300 degrees, uncovered.
