ARMENIAN STYLE STRING BEANS 
1 lb. ground lamb or beef
2 (15 oz.) cans whole string beans or 2 lb. fresh
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 tsp. crushed red pepper seeds
Salt to taste

Brown lamb or beef (or some of each), drain well, add string beans, mix in whole tomatoes, garlic powder, crushed red pepper seeds and salt to taste, simmer about 10 minutes while breaking tomatoes with spoons.
